Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note - for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for earrings, body jewellery and skincare products including cosmetics.

Any damanged or defected items must be reported within 2 days of delivery to be eligble for a return.

To return your product, please contact us at hello@poppiesnow.com in order to request a refund. We aim to reply to all requests within 2 working days.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is accepted we will process a refund back to your original payment method immediately. The original cost of the delivery paid will be deducted from the refund unless the refund is due to a damaged or defected item. If the original order qualified for free shipping, then £3.40 will be deducted from the refund total.

Please note, funds can take up to 5 working days to show back in your bank.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card compay. If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@poppiesnow.com
